Simply Click on a key to enter it into the viewing box. By clicking either shift key, or the shift key switch, you see the font's shifted letters. Similarly, clicking the alternate keys or switch show the alternate key values. When both are highlighted, you get the Alt-shifted characters.
By default, when you click the 'Send' button, the characters in the viewing box are sent to the pasteBoard. You can use the Send To menu item to choose to send the characters to a given application. [Broken in this version].
Clear, as expected clears the viewing box.
Currently, the Symbol and Helvetica fonts are supported. Select the hierarchical menu item "Fonts" and then the font of your choice.
